A  yoga retreat can be healing for your mental and physical health. Going on retreat can change your life, and help you to deal with any emotional and mental issues you may be having. It can also be healing for your body if you've experienced injury or just looking for some time and space away from our somewhat hectic lifestyles.

The retreats we offer at Yoga Gym encompasses all the virtues we love about yoga including the sharing of food at meal times, community and of course various yoga poses and yoga classes.  Our retreats offer a gathering of like minded people in harmony with nature and one another. 

Lake Tekapo is a destination that has dramatic scenery featuring pristine natural clear water that is guaranteed to emit a calming influence while practising the art of yoga.
