We want to assist you in getting started right away. Our yoga for beginners in Auckland classes are held alongside our regular classes. We monitor your poses and guide you through the proper technique. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with one of our free introductory sessions. These classes are offered within our regular class times, and they’re open to both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll learn basic poses and breathing techniques while getting a chance to meet other people who share your interest in yoga.
Yoga Gym is located in the larger Auckland area - Cockle Bay, Howick to be exact. However, the benefit of being located a bit further out is that you get the benefits of a quiet studio located close to the beautiful beach that is Cockle Bay. The perfect location for a relaxing walk along the beach after your workout.
