Our aim at Yoga Gym is to offer a safe and sacred environment for people from all walks of life and ability. 


We practice the traditional Hatha Yoga which is a gentle, yet powerful form of yoga focusing on the physical culture which places emphasises on the body, mind, breath connection. Hatha Yoga is the perfect style for beginners and seasoned yogis.  


At Yoga Gym our classes are small and affordable. Our studio is located in the peaceful village of Cockle Bay, Howick. The area is perfect for yoga, as we are by the sea with the beach just a stones throw away from our studio.

Your instructor - Tanaz, places emphasis on students working at their individual capacity, to gain both enjoyment and benefit from their practice. Each class is unique and filled with creative energy to engage, challenge and – most importantly – restore the mind. You will feel both recharged and relaxed on the completion of one of our classes.
